A v neposlednom rade, \u017ee ak k paradajk\u00e1m prid\u00e1te trochu tuku (semienka, orie\u0161ky, avok\u00e1do, olivy &#8230; ) m\u00f4\u017ee to vo va\u0161om krvnom obehu strojn\u00e1sobi\u0165 obsah nutrientov rozpustn\u00fdch v tukoch (\u010do plat\u00ed aj o lykop\u00e9ne). V tomto recepte si to v\u0161etko skombinujeme \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na cca 1,3 litra polievky potrebujeme: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>500g paradajok<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 mal\u00e1 \u010derven\u00e1 cibu\u013ea  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70g \u010dervenej \u0161o\u0161ovice <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g poh\u00e1nky <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1PL ke\u0161u orechov <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>so\u013e + bazalka (alebo zmes talianskeho korenia) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pre leniv\u00fdch <\/em> &#8211; paradajky a cibu\u013eku o\u0161\u00fapeme a nakr\u00e1jame na k\u00fasky, vhod\u00edme s ostatn\u00fdmi surovinami <em>do Miomatu<strong>,<\/strong><\/em> zalejeme vodou a stla\u010d\u00edme Mash\/Soup. Po 25 min. je kr\u00e9mov\u00e1 paradajkov\u00e1 hotov\u00e1  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Pre ostatn\u00fdch<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; paradajky a cibu\u013eku o\u0161\u00fapeme a nakr\u00e1jame na kocky, vlo\u017e\u00edme do hrnca s ostatn\u00fdmi surovinami a zalejeme cca litrom vody. Var\u00edme cca 20 min\u00fat, potom v\u0161etko pomixujeme ty\u010dov\u00fdm mix\u00e9rom a nech\u00e1me e\u0161te 5 min. vari\u0165. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u010derven\u00fa \u0161o\u0161ovicu a poh\u00e1nku som pridala, aby polievka obsahovala aj strukovinu a obilninu, plus polievku par\u00e1dne zahustia. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ke\u0161u je tam ako z\u00e1stupca zdrav\u00e9ho tuku, ke\u010f\u017ee lykop\u00e9n nie je rozpustn\u00fd vo vode. M\u00f4\u017eete nahradi\u0165 semienkami, avok\u00e1dom, alebo vynecha\u0165 a po uvaren\u00ed polievku pokvapkajte napr. \u013eanov\u00fdm olejom. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010cerven\u00fa cibu\u013eu m\u00f4\u017eete nahradi\u0165 aj \u017eltou, akur\u00e1t \u010derven\u00e1 obsahuje viac antioxidantov, that\u00b4s all.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozn.: Miomat je kuchynsk\u00fd spotrebi\u010d, ktor\u00fd m\u00e1 v sebe zakomponovan\u00fd hrniec a mix\u00e9r.
