Ak pou\u017eijete cibu\u013eu, ho\u010fte ju dnu nakr\u00e1jan\u00fa (ja kr\u00e1jam na polmesia\u010diky, lebo je to nakr\u00e1jan\u00e9 r\u00fdchlo). Zaklapnete pokrievku a nech\u00e1te na najsilnej\u0161om ohni zovrie\u0165. (Medzi\u010dasom tla\u010d\u00edte do seba a\/alebo die\u0165a\u0165a ra\u0148ajky, alebo vo ved\u013eaj\u0161om hrnci nech\u00e1te zovrie\u0165 premyt\u00e9 kr\u00fapy &#8211; ktor\u00e9 sa daj\u00fa uvari\u0165 podobne ako beluga &#8211; pozrite tu <a href=\"http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/?p=482\">NEbryndzov\u00e9 NEhalu\u0161ky (aneb Kr\u00fapy s dochuten\u00fdm \u00faden\u00fdm tofu) &#8211; (lahsie.sk)<\/a>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>* Soli\u0165 nemus\u00edte, dochut\u00edme to nesk\u00f4r  &#8211; toto je v\u00fdhoda, ak m\u00e1te doma za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00faceho stravn\u00edka a nesol\u00edte mu pr\u00edkrm, po uvaren\u00ed mu len odoberte do misky a zvy\u0161ok v hrnci dochut\u00edte pod\u013ea seba. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V hrnci to u\u017e buble, a tak vyp\u00ednate spor\u00e1k a nech\u00e1vate to cel\u00e9 tak, ako je&#8230; nerie\u0161ite, nemie\u0161ate, nepres\u00favate na in\u00fa plat\u0148u, neodstra\u0148ujete pokrievku&#8230; proste odch\u00e1dzate. \u0160o\u0161ovica sa dovar\u00ed sama (alebo ako sa hovor\u00ed &#8211; d\u00f4jde) a ke\u010f sa vr\u00e1tite domov, u\u017e len dochut\u00edte&#8230;  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>krok 2. &#8222;dochucovanie&#8220;<\/strong> + rie\u0161ite pr\u00edlohu <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f4\u017eete nabera\u010dkou odobra\u0165 \u010das\u0165 vody, \u010do sa nevsiakla, alebo z nej v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu zlejte. Pam\u00e4tajte na to, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm viac vody nech\u00e1te, t\u00fdm viac om\u00e1\u010dky bude, lebo e\u0161te budeme prilieva\u0165 200-250ml smotany (ja osobne v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu vody zlejem). Vmie\u0161ajte v\u0161etky ostatn\u00e9 suroviny ( smotana, korenie, otruby aj lah\u00f4dkov\u00e9 dro\u017edie, pr\u00edpadne orie\u0161kov\u00e9 maslo) zamie\u0161ajte, ochutnajte, hotovo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00edloha: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>na obr\u00e1zku vid\u00edte pr\u00edlohu z ry\u017eovaru (dole v ry\u017eovare sa robila jasm\u00ednov\u00e1 ry\u017ea s quinoou) a hore sa naparovala zelenina. Ak ale fakt nest\u00edhate &#8211; zalejete si kuskus. Ten sa k tomu tie\u017e hod\u00ed a je hotov\u00fd do 5 min\u00fat. V z\u00e1sade plat\u00ed, \u017ee sta\u010d\u00ed nasypa\u0165 do misky 1 diel kuskusu a 2 diely vriacej vody, zamie\u0161a\u0165 posoli\u0165 a prikry\u0165 &#8211; \u017eiadna veda. Ak v\u0161ak o kuskuse chcete vedie\u0165 viac, mrknite na kr\u00e1tky \u010dl\u00e1nok <a href=\"http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/?p=487\">Kuskus &#8211; (lahsie.sk)<\/a> , alebo (ako spom\u00ednam vy\u0161\u0161ie) vysk\u00fa\u0161ajte kr\u00fapy &#8211; je to fantastick\u00e1, celozrnn\u00e1, zdrav\u00e1 a lacn\u00e1 alternat\u00edva, d\u00f4jde v\u00e1m rovnako ako beluga &#8211; sama &#8211; a va\u0161e tr\u00e1venie V\u00e1m po\u010fakuje :). Alebo \u010fal\u0161ia r\u00fdchla mo\u017enos\u0165 &#8211; cestoviny &#8211; vedeli ste, \u017ee existuj\u00fa aj tzv. 3 min\u00fatov\u00e9 cestoviny?
