Ja tento typ chlebu milujem, <strong>je \u0165a\u017ek\u00fd, vlhk\u00fd, neskuto\u010dne vonia a zas\u00fdti. Prekryte tanierom alebo s\u00e1\u010dkom a nechajte na teplom mieste odpo\u010d\u00edva\u0165 cca 8 hod\u00edn (my m\u00e1me v byte dos\u0165 teplo \u2013 cca 24\u00b0C- tak\u017ee rozkvas je hotov\u00fd za cca 6 hod\u00edn, ale ak m\u00e1te chladnej\u0161ie zamie\u0161ajte si to ve\u010der pred span\u00edm a r\u00e1no m\u00f4\u017eete pracova\u0165 u\u017e s rozkvasom).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1sledne budete potrebova\u0165: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>520 g vody<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g rozkvasu <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 g sladenky, alebo ag\u00e1ve, \u010di \u010dakankov\u00e9ho sirupu (ekv. 1PL) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g ovsen\u00fdch vlo\u010diek (alebo \u0161paldov\u00fdch, \u010di ra\u017en\u00fdch) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>380 g celozrnnej ra\u017enej m\u00faky <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g semienok (slne\u010dnica, tekvica, mak, \u013ean &#8230; ) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 g soli (ekv 3 kopcovit\u00e9 \u010cL)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chlebov\u00fa formu <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Do misy nalejte vodu, rozmie\u0161ajte v nej rozkvas a sladenku, n\u00e1sledne prisypte ovsen\u00e9 vlo\u010dky, ra\u017en\u00fa m\u00faku, semienka, so\u013e a zamie\u0161ajte (nemiesite, ani dlho nespracov\u00e1vate, proste zamie\u0161ate a nech\u00e1te tak). Vezmite formu a vyma\u017ete ju olejom, alebo rastlinn\u00fdm maslom. Na dno formy nasypte \u013eanov\u00e9 semienko, alebo sezam (okrem toho \u017ee to bude super chuti\u0165 to zabezpe\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee p\u00f4jde chleb\u00edk \u013eah\u0161ie po dope\u010den\u00ed vybra\u0165). Cesto z misy prelo\u017e\u00edme do takto pripravenej vymazanej formy a mokrou rukou uhlad\u00edme vrch (m\u00f4\u017eete to uhladi\u0165 do obl\u00fa\u010dika, aby boli okraje ni\u017e\u0161ie ako stred) a posypa\u0165 semienkom, ak chcete, v\u010faka vode tam bude dr\u017ea\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Vlo\u017e\u00edme do studenej r\u00fary a nech\u00e1me kysn\u00fa\u0165 cca 4 hodiny (alebo zakryte a odlo\u017ete na linku). Po tomto \u010dase formu vyberieme, aby sme si mohli rozohria\u0165 r\u00faru na 250\u00b0C. Formu s chlebom vlo\u017e\u00edme do takto rozohriatej r\u00fary na 10 min\u00fat, n\u00e1sledne zn\u00ed\u017eime teplotu na 220\u00b0C a pe\u010dieme \u010fal\u0161\u00edch 35 min\u00fat (tzn. spolu 45 min\u00fat vo forme). N\u00e1sledne chlieb z formy vyklop\u00edme a dope\u010dieme e\u0161te cca 15 min\u00fat vo\u013ene na plechu. Vyberieme a nech\u00e1me na mrie\u017eke vychladn\u00fa\u0165 &#8211; toto je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9.
