V tesnom z\u00e1vese ide ot\u00e1zka: Na\u010do mi je? Ve\u010f ry\u017eu proste uvar\u00edm v hrnci&#8230;\u00c1no a aj nie&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ry\u017eovar m\u00e1 (pod\u013ea m\u00f4jho n\u00e1zoru) mili\u00f3n nesporn\u00fdch v\u00fdhod, a to najm\u00e4: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>pre maminy s (nielen mal\u00fdmi) de\u0165mi,<\/strong> ktor\u00e9, chtiac-nechtiac, musia niekedy od toho spor\u00e1ka odbehn\u00fa\u0165 (ako som aktu\u00e1lne ja),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>pre pracantov<\/strong>, ktor\u00ed chodia neskoro domov (ako som b\u00fdvavala ja) a potrebuj\u00fa hodi\u0165 da\u010do do hrnca, aby to bolo hotov\u00e9, k\u00fdm do\u0165ukaj\u00fa posledn\u00fd mail (dobrovo\u013ene sa prizn\u00e1vam, \u017ee som mala jeden ry\u017eovar doma a jeden v kacel\u00e1rii pre tieto pr\u00edpady),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pre t\u00fdch, \u010do <strong>multitaskuj\u00fa popri varen\u00ed<\/strong>, rozumej homeofficuj\u00fa, pohovoruj\u00fa, telefonuj\u00fa, alebo proste &#8222;len&#8220; vys\u00e1vaj\u00fa, triedia a h\u00e1d\u017eu do pr\u00e1\u010dky, f\u00fakaj\u00fa udret\u00e9 koleno, \u010di via\u017eu vre\u0161tiaceho potomka do \u0161atky <strong>a fakt nechc\u00fa, aby im da\u010do horelo na spor\u00e1ku<\/strong> \ud83d\ude00 (story o tom, ako som na sekundu vybehla von z bytu a dc\u00e9ra mi zabuchla vchodov\u00e9 dvere a ja som zostala vonku a ona dnu- v\u00e1m dakedy pozdie\u013eam),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>pre t\u00fdch\/tie \u010do sa im nechce vari\u0165<\/strong>, nevedia vari\u0165, alebo prosto len (ako ja) v\u017edy t\u00fa ry\u017eu dogabali, a to aj vtedy, ke\u010f \u0161li pod\u013ea overen\u00e9ho receptu, pod\u013ea ktor\u00e9ho sa to ISTO, ZARU\u010cENE A UR\u010cITE podar\u00ed &#8230; eh&#8230; nepodarilo&#8230;. bu\u010f to bola ka\u0161a, alebo prihorela, alebo bola tvrd\u00e1&#8230; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No, ale o inom som chcela&#8230; predstavme si situ\u00e1ciu &#8211; som matka na materskej s dvojmesa\u010dn\u00fdm miminom- V noci som re\u00e1lne spala 4 hodiny a aj to kus preh\u00e1\u0148am. Die\u0165a dnes odmieta denn\u00e9 sp\u00e1nky, som HLADN\u00c1, ale fakt nechcem do seba u\u017e tret\u00ed de\u0148 cpa\u0165 na ra\u0148ajky, obed aj ve\u010deru chlieb s n\u00e1tierkou&#8230; die\u0165a je v \u0161atke a je na chv\u00ed\u013eu spoko, alebo je na podlahe a objavuje \u010daro pap\u00fa\u010d (true story- nes\u00fa\u010fte ma) a teraz to pr\u00edde, pustite stopky, bude to trva\u0165 5 min\u00fat (re\u00e1lne 3 ale m\u00e1te na sebe potomka&#8230;tak\u017ee m\u00e1te obmedzen\u00e9 mo\u017enosti pohybu): <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vy\u0165ahujem ry\u017eovar, zap\u00e1jam ho do elektriky, premyjem ry\u017eu<\/strong>\/p\u0161eno\/poh\u00e1nku\/quinou a <strong>capnem to do ry\u017eovaru, nalejem na vrch vodu a osol\u00edm, hore d\u00e1m nadstavec na naparenie, kde \u0161\u013eahnem mrazen\u00e9 zelen\u00e9 lusky<\/strong>\/brokolicu\/zmes zeleniny\/hr\u00e1\u0161ok, na to <strong>pokrievku a zap\u00ednam<\/strong>&#8230; ODCH\u00c1DZAM, lebo die\u0165a sa rozhodlo, \u017ee p\u00f4jde spa\u0165, a\u017e ke\u010f sa vyk&#8230; eh nechajme to tak&#8230; tak\u017ee die\u0165a obriaden\u00e9, zasp\u00e1va a ja zasp\u00e1vam spolu s n\u00edm (true story), a teraz pr\u00edde pointa&#8230; medzi\u010dasom sa mi dovarila ry\u017ea, ale ja sp\u00edm&#8230; \u010do sa stane? NI\u010c&#8230; <strong>ry\u017eovar sa vypne s\u00e1m, resp. prepne sa do m\u00f3du zohrievania<\/strong>, aby som to mala tepl\u00e9, ke\u010f sa mi kone\u010dne ur\u00e1\u010di vsta\u0165&#8230; a ja vst\u00e1vam, ulov\u00edm v \u0161pajzke konzervu s c\u00edcerom\/fazu\u013eou, \u0161o\u0161ovicou\/tofu\/tempeh a naklad\u00e1m si jedlo na tanier&#8230; teda, nie ja&#8230; hypoteticky pr\u00edklad s hypotetickou matkou &#8211; samozrejme! Za <strong>unaven\u00fa maminu<\/strong> si dosa\u010fme <strong>mamku, \u010do za\u010d\u00edna s pr\u00edkrmami,<\/strong> tak dole bude tekvicov\u00e9 rizoto (recept n\u00e1jdete TU- <a href=\"http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/?p=125\">Tekvicovo- hr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9 rizoto (z ry\u017eovaru) \u2013 \u013dAH\u0160IE (lahsie.sk)<\/a>) pre \u0148u a hore sa naparuje cukina a bat\u00e1t pre potomka&#8230;alebo  si dosa\u010fme <strong>mana\u017e\u00e9ra<\/strong>, \u010do bol odvolan\u00fd na poradu a nest\u00edha obed, alebo <strong>tatina, \u010do m\u00e1 dnes na starosti deti <\/strong>a zaprisahal sa mamke, \u017ee dostan\u00fa nie\u010do &#8222;norm\u00e1lne&#8220;, no z\u00e1rove\u0148 chce s nimi dopozera\u0165  posledn\u00fdch 20 min\u00fat Marvelovky a nie odbieha\u0165 k hrncom, &#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zhrnutie: m\u00e1m na tanieri obilninu, zeleninu strukovinu, a.k.a. plnohodnotn\u00fd, tepl\u00fd obed<\/strong>  a bonusov\u00fd bod &#8211; zostane aj pre mu\u017ea\/\u017eenu na ve\u010deru (mo\u017eno). Ak die\u0165a st\u00e1le sp\u00ed a ja sa chcem c\u00edti\u0165 luxusne, prid\u00e1m si k tomu d\u00e1ky fajn\u00fd dip, napr. hummus alebo tahinni, ale nebu\u010fme megalomani, sme radi, \u017ee jeme &#8211; \u00e1no? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aby sme to takto idylicky mohli pre\u017ei\u0165 potrebujeme, aby boli splnen\u00e9 3 z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 body: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>vlastn\u00edm ry\u017eovar<\/strong> (ak ho e\u0161te nem\u00e1te, ur\u010dite kupujte ten, \u010do m\u00e1 hore mo\u017enos\u0165 naparovania, resp. pozrite \u010dl\u00e1nok o tom &#8222;ako vybra\u0165 ry\u017eovar&#8220; TU)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>m\u00e1m doma z\u00e1soby<\/strong> (mrknite \u010dl\u00e1nok o tom, \u010co ma\u0165 v\u017edy doma TU <a href=\"http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/?p=260\">\u010co ma\u0165 v\u017edy doma \u2013 z\u00e1soby!
