Niekedy hod\u00edm do ry\u017eovaru namiesto poh\u00e1nky p\u0161eno, alebo ry\u017eu&#8230; No z\u00e1klad, \u010do ide ved\u013ea do hrnca je ten ist\u00fd: c\u00edcer + zmes korenia + rastlinn\u00e1 smotana a dochucujem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BTW \u010darovn\u00e9 na poh\u00e1nke (okrem jej blahodarn\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinkov) je to, v akom rekordnom \u010dase je hotov\u00e1 &#8211; to je super, ak ste mega hladn\u00fd.. no nie a\u017e tak super, ak chcete nad \u0148ou naparova\u0165 kvantum zeleniny. Zapam\u00e4tajte si, <strong><em>ak d\u00e1te do ry\u017eovaru poh\u00e1nku, hore do naparovacieho sitka dajte len krehk\u00fa zeleninu, napr. cukinu, alebo da\u010do mrazen\u00e9, napr. hr\u00e1\u0161ok.<\/em><\/strong> Brokolica, ru\u017ei\u010dkov\u00fd kel ani mangold sa nemaj\u00fa \u0161ancu (stihn\u00fa\u0165) napari\u0165, k\u00fdm ry\u017eovar cvakne, \u017ee poh\u00e1nka je hotov\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na cca 3 porcie (c\u00edceru) potrebujeme: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>500g konzervu c\u00edceru (alebo dve 300g) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250g rastlinn\u00e1 smotana &#8211; so s\u00f3jovou mi to chut\u00ed najviac, ale dnes som ju napr. nemala a pou\u017eila som ry\u017eov\u00fa a zjedlo sa v\u0161etko <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zmes korenia &#8222;na gril&#8220; &#8211; v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou pou\u017e\u00edvam od D\u00e1vidkovo ko\u0159en\u00ed &#8211; Zmes na pe\u010den\u00e9 kura, ale dnes som dala Bejby gril od Ko\u0159en\u00ed od Anton\u00edna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>*ak ste pou\u017eili zmes korenia bez soli tak pridajte polievkov\u00fa ly\u017eicu s\u00f3jovej om\u00e1\u010dky, alebo so\u013e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2PL orie\u0161kov\u00e9ho masla &#8211; ja som dala ara\u0161idov\u00e9 <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-4 PL neakt\u00edvneho lah\u00f4dkov\u00e9ho dro\u017edia  (<a href=\"http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/?p=95\">Lah\u00f4dkov\u00e9 dro\u017edie \u2013 \u010do je to a pre\u010do ho ma\u0165 V\u017dDY doma? (lahsie.sk)<\/a> )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u00faden\u00e9 tofu (volite\u013en\u00e9)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako pr\u00edloha bola poh\u00e1nka s ry\u017eou z ry\u017eovaru <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2 odmerky (160ml) svetlej poh\u00e1nky (tmav\u00fa pou\u017eite, len ak ju \u013e\u00fabite &#8211; trust me!) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 odmerka (160ml)jazm\u00ednovej ry\u017ee (k\u013eudne dajte namiesto ry\u017ee op\u00e4\u0165 poh\u00e1nku, no dc\u00e9ra mi ju niekedy samotn\u00fa ofrfle, takto s ry\u017eou to zje bez re\u010d\u00ed) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 \u010cL soli alebo natural vegety <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 odmeriek vody<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Postup na c\u00edcer: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>C\u00edcer si m\u00f4\u017eete samozrejme vopred namo\u010di\u0165 a uvari\u0165 (cca 3 hodiny), alebo ho su\u0161en\u00fd hodi\u0165 do tlakov\u00e9ho hrnca s bobkov\u00fdm listom,  nakr\u00e1janou cibu\u013eou (voliteln\u00e9) a vodou a uvari\u0165 (cca 50 min. ak ste nenam\u00e1\u010dali vopred)  &#8211; takto uvaren\u00fd si m\u00f4\u017eete zamrazi\u0165 a nesk\u00f4r pou\u017ei\u0165 namiesto konzervy (tak to zvykneme robi\u0165 my, ale aktu\u00e1lne sme \u017eiadny nemali, tak sme otvorili konzervovan\u00fd).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otvor\u00edte a zlejete konzervu\/y c\u00edceru do sitka, pod pr\u00fadom te\u010d\u00facej vody prem\u00fdvate dovtedy, k\u00fdm sa prestane peni\u0165. (n\u00e1lev z c\u00edcera &#8211; aquafaba- je par\u00e1dna vec, ktorou sa d\u00e1 nahradi\u0165 bielko, ke\u010f \u0161\u013eah\u00e1te sneh, ale o tom inokedy&#8230; ka\u017edop\u00e1dne, m\u00f4\u017eete si ho odlo\u017ei\u0165 a nesk\u00f4r vyu\u017ei\u0165, ja som ho dnes pre \u00fasporu \u010dasu proste zliala).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zliaty a premyt\u00fd c\u00edcer hod\u00edte do hrnca (cca 2 litrov\u00e9ho), nalejete na\u0148 250 ml rastlinnej smotany a cca 200-250 ml vody (jednoducho do pr\u00e1zdnej n\u00e1dobky od smotany dolejte vodu, zahrkajte a \u0161upnite to tam), prihod\u00edte zmes korenia (pod\u013ea toho, ak\u00fa m\u00e1te, za\u010dnite na 1 PL a n\u00e1sledne prid\u00e1te, ke\u010f bude treba, pozor na to, ko\u013eko obsahuje soli). Zapnete spor\u00e1k na max (nech je to r\u00fdchlo) a nasypete lah\u00f4dkov\u00e9 dro\u017edie, zamie\u0161ate a chv\u00ed\u013eku po\u010dk\u00e1te, k\u00fdm sa to zohreje (zatia\u013e nah\u00e1d\u017ete do ry\u017eovaru veci na pr\u00edlohu a zapnete ho). N\u00e1sledne primie\u0161ate 1-2 PL nesladen\u00e9ho orie\u0161kov\u00e9ho masla (ara\u0161idov\u00e9ho) a zamie\u0161ate. Ak sa V\u00e1m to zd\u00e1 m\u00e1lo hust\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eete 1) rozmixova\u0165 ty\u010dov\u00fdm mix\u00e9rom 1\/3 c\u00edceru, 2) prisypa\u0165 e\u0161te lah\u00f4dkov\u00e9 dro\u017edie, 3) rozmie\u0161a\u0165 1PL m\u00faky v odmerke z ry\u017eovaru naplnenej vodou a nalia\u0165 to tam. Niekedy na zahustenie pou\u017eijem otruby (vi\u010f <a href=\"http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/?p=58\">Smotanov\u00e1 Beluga \u0161o\u0161ovica (lahsie.sk)<\/a>)  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ke\u010f je v\u0161etko hotovo, nakr\u00e1jala som e\u0161te \u00faden\u00e9 tofu na men\u0161ie kocky a vmie\u0161ala k c\u00edceru a nalo\u017eila do misky s poh\u00e1nkou a brokolicov\u00fdmi kl\u00ed\u010dkami (na t\u00e9mu kl\u00ed\u010denie pozri \u010dl\u00e1nok TU). BTW ak V\u00e1m to pr\u00edde m\u00e1lo farebn\u00e9, tak \u00e1no&#8230; ja som si pridala cviklu a \u010derven\u00fa kapustu (<a href=\"http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/?p=195\">Bleskov\u00fd \u0161al\u00e1t z \u010dervenej kapusty (lahsie.sk)<\/a>).
