Vo chv\u00edli, ke\u010f m\u00e1me zeleninu pokr\u00e1jan\u00fa na doske dostato\u010dne dlh\u00fd \u010das, alebo surov\u00e1 \u010dak\u00e1 v na\u0161om \u017eal\u00fadku na natr\u00e1venie &#8211; vznik\u00e1 sulforafan.  A v\u00e1m pr\u00e1ve doch\u00e1dza, \u017ee ste t\u00fa brokolicov\u00fa polievku varili cel\u00fd \u017eivot bez toho&#8230; neva&#8230;odteeeeeeraz u\u017e to budete robi\u0165 inak. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010eal\u0161ia dobr\u00e1 spr\u00e1va je, \u017ee ke\u010f u\u017e raz sulforafan vznikne, bez oh\u013eadu na to, \u017ee sa pri varen\u00ed enz\u00fdm zni\u010d\u00ed, prekurzor, ale aj kone\u010dn\u00fd produkt s\u00fa vo\u010di vysokej teplote odoln\u00e9, tzn. m\u00f4\u017eete ju vari\u0165, ako dlho chcete. Ak si pr\u00e1ve vykr\u00edkli HEUREKA, \u017ee V\u00e1s napadla par\u00e1dna vec ako to obabra\u0165 &#8211; k\u00fapim si mrazen\u00fa brokolicu, ktor\u00e1 je u\u017e na k\u00fasky &#8211; nepote\u0161\u00edm V\u00e1s &#8211; mrazen\u00e1 brokolica, i napriek tomu, \u017ee je u\u017e v s\u00e1\u010dku nasekan\u00e1\/nakr\u00e1jan\u00e1, nestihla sulforafan vytvori\u0165, preto\u017ee ju pravdepodobne pred zamrazen\u00edm oblan\u0161\u00edrovali, aby pred\u013a\u017eili jej trvanlivos\u0165.
