Sk\u00faste. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>na 1 pizzu potrebujeme: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>200 g \u0161paldovej m\u00faky (dala som 130g hladkej a 70g celozrnnej)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bal. pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010diva (bez fosf\u00e1tov) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 \u010cL soli <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g nesladen\u00fd biely jogurt (pou\u017eili sme sugar free coconut Vemondo z Lidlu)  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 PL repkov\u00e9ho oleja <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8212;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>paradajkov\u00fa om\u00e1\u010dku (pou\u017eili sme Pomodoro od Barilla) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010doko\u013evek navrch pod\u013ea veku die\u0165a\u0165a  &#8211; napr. kukuricu, \u0161ampi\u0148\u00f3ny, cukinu, papriku, paradajky, zelene olivy, lah\u00f4dkov\u00e9 dro\u017edie alebo vegan syr etc. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00edprava trv\u00e1 cca 5-10 min\u00fat (z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed od toho, ko\u013eko \u010dasu str\u00e1vite kr\u00e1jan\u00edm zeleniny) a pe\u010denie cca 20-25 min\u00fat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Zapnite r\u00faru, nech sa zohreje na 200\u00b0 C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V miske zmie\u0161ame v\u0161etky horeuveden\u00e9 ingrediencie  &#8211; m\u00faku, pr\u00e1\u0161ok do pe\u010diva, so\u013e, nesladen\u00fd biely jogurt, olej &#8211; \u017eiadne ve\u013ek\u00e9 miesenie sa nekon\u00e1,  zamie\u0161a\u0161 a hotovo. Vyklop\u00edme na plech pokryt\u00fd papierom na pe\u010denie\/silik. podlo\u017ekou a stierkou roztla\u010d\u00edme do tenkej vrstvy na plech. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cesto polejeme paradajkovou om\u00e1\u010dkou, posypeme bylinkami alebo zmesou talianskeho korenia, posypeme mrazenou kukuricou a inou (vami zvolenou) zeleninou.
