BTW, m\u00f4\u017eete ich pripravi\u0165 aj na sladko s makom a d\u017eemom, alebo orechmi.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na cca 2,5 porcie budeme potrebova\u0165: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2 odmerky (160 ml) stredn\u00fdch alebo ve\u013ek\u00fdch ja\u010dmenn\u00fdch kr\u00fap (cca 250g) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 odmeriek vody (cca 1,3 litra litra)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>so\u013e <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Na nebryndzu (na vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00e9 mno\u017estvo kr\u00fap spravte k\u013eudne dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 mno\u017estvo, ale ke\u010f\u017ee mal\u00e1 ich m\u00e1 rad\u0161ej sam\u00e9, bez &#8222;bryndze&#8220;, tak som spravila len z 1 tofu &#8211; pr\u00edpadne urobte si len z 1 tofu, ochutnajte a ke\u010f bude treba, dorob\u00edte)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u00faden\u00e9 tofu (Lunter, Lidl, alebo in\u00e9 obohaten\u00e9 o v\u00e1pnik!) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 s\u00f3jakr\u00e9mu (Lunter)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-2 PL neakt\u00edvneho lah\u00f4dkov\u00e9ho dro\u017edia (<a href=\"http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/?p=95\">Lah\u00f4dkov\u00e9 dro\u017edie \u2013 \u010do je to a pre\u010do ho ma\u0165 v\u017edy doma? &#8211; (lahsie.sk)<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>citr\u00f3nov\u00e1 \u0161\u0165ava (volite\u013en\u00e9)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00faden\u00fd paprikov\u00fd pr\u00e1\u0161ok (volite\u013en\u00e9)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jarn\u00e1 cibu\u013eka, alebo pa\u017e\u00edtka, \u010di \u00faden\u00fd tempeh  (volite\u013en\u00e9) &#8211;  na posypanie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Do hrnca (aspo\u0148 3litre) nasypeme dobre premyt\u00e9 kr\u00fapy, zalejeme vodou, posol\u00edme <em>a var\u00edme do zm\u00e4knutia, ALEBO #\u013eah\u0161ie, ako to rob\u00edm ja, <\/em>nech\u00e1te zovrie\u0165 (POZOR, ve\u013emi \u013eahko vykypia &#8211; true story), vypnete spor\u00e1k, poriadne pomie\u0161ajte a nech\u00e1te zakryt\u00e9, nech sa dovaria sam\u00e9. Chv\u00ed\u013eku pozorujte, \u010di nepenia, ak za\u010dn\u00fa peni\u0165, sta\u010d\u00ed ich znovu pomie\u0161a\u0165 a u\u017e by mali posl\u00facha\u0165 \ud83d\ude00 . Nech\u00e1me ich v tej vriacej osolenej vode, zakryt\u00e9, k\u00fdm vcucn\u00fa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu vody, napu\u010dia sa, zm\u00e4kn\u00fa a zvy\u0161n\u00fa vodu zlejeme pred pod\u00e1van\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do misky si najemno nastr\u00fahame \u00faden\u00e9 tofu, prisypeme lah\u00f4dkov\u00e9 dro\u017edie, primie\u0161ame s\u00f3jakr\u00e9m a m\u00f4\u017eeme dochuti\u0165 ly\u017ei\u010dkou (alebo aj viac) citr\u00f3novej \u0161\u0165avy, \u0161tipkou \u00fadenej papriky a ak treba tak so\u013eou (alebo nechajte na &#8222;stravn\u00edkov&#8220; si to dosoli\u0165\/okysli\u0165) ALEBO tofu\/sojakrem\/lah.dro\u017edie\/citron.\u0161\u0165avu jednoducho \u0161upnite do mix\u00e9ra ;).
