{"id":421,"date":"2023-02-19T22:13:55","date_gmt":"2023-02-19T21:13:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/?p=421"},"modified":"2023-02-20T13:32:42","modified_gmt":"2023-02-20T12:32:42","slug":"mungo-s-tekvicou-a-cervenou-ryzou-z-ryzovaru","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/?p=421","title":{"rendered":"Mungo s tekvicou a \u010dervenou ry\u017eou (z ry\u017eovaru)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tento t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 sme op\u00e4\u0165 robili tekvicov\u00e9 rizoto (<a href=\"http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/?p=125\">Tekvicovo- hr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9 rizoto (z ry\u017eovaru) &#8211; (lahsie.sk)<\/a>) no a zostal mi kus tekvice&#8230; do toho sme nakli\u010dovali mungo (<a href=\"http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/?p=324\">Kl\u00ed\u010dky a kl\u00ed\u010denie &#8211; (lahsie.sk)<\/a>), ergo som mala otvoren\u00fd bal\u00edk munga&#8230; a nakoniec som v bezobalovom obchode objavila \u010derven\u00fa ry\u017eu, robila som ju predch\u00e1dzaj\u00faci de\u0148 a dos\u0165 jej zostalo, bolo treba da\u010do k nej&#8230;teda vzniklo toto a chutilo n\u00e1m (aj dvojro\u010dnej), tak V\u00e1m to tu zdie\u013eam, keby aj V\u00e1m pozost\u00e1valo a prem\u00fd\u0161\u013eate \u010do s t\u00fdm \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG-5560-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-422\" srcset=\"http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG-5560-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG-5560-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG-5560-768x576.jpg 768w, http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG-5560-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, http:\/\/lahsie.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG-5560-2048x1536.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Na cca 3 porcie budeme potrebova\u0165: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2 odmerky (160ml) mungo fazule  (nam\u00e1\u010dalo sa cca 2 hodiny k\u00fdm sme boli na ihrisku, ale v z\u00e1sade nam\u00e1\u010da\u0165 nepotrebuje) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cca 300g tekvice (m\u00f4\u017eete pou\u017ei\u0165 zvy\u0161ok, \u010do V\u00e1m zostal z rizota aj keby ho bolo menej\/viac, alebo pou\u017eite bat\u00e1t, \u010di mrkvu) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 jarn\u00e1 cibu\u013eka (volite\u013en\u00e9)  &#8211; bolo ju treba min\u00fa\u0165, m\u00f4\u017eete pou\u017ei k\u00fasok p\u00f3ru, alebo \u00faplne vynecha\u0165<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 odmerky vody (ak m\u00e1te mungo namo\u010den\u00e9, ak ste to nestihli, tak dajte 6 odmeriek vody) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 \u010dl polievkov\u00e9ho korenia (ak pou\u017e\u00edvate bez soli, tak plus so\u013e) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>za hrs\u0165 (k\u013eudne aj dve, ale my sme viac nemali) baby \u0161pen\u00e1tu <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ke\u010f\u017ee ry\u017ea bola hotov\u00e1 a ja som okrem uvarenia munga chcela napari\u0165 aj zeleninu, robila som to v ry\u017eovare \ud83d\ude00 a nie, nie som leniv\u00e1, len to bolo pre m\u0148a tak #\u013eah\u0161ie, ale pokojne to ho\u010fte do hrnca. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja som do ry\u017eovaru dala 2 odmerky namo\u010den\u00e9ho a zliateho munga, cca 300g tekvice nakr\u00e1janej na kocky, na kr\u00fa\u017eky nakr\u00e1jan\u00fa jarn\u00fa cibu\u013eku, zaliala som to 4 odmerkami vody, pridala vegetu a zapla ry\u017eovar. Navrch som dala naparova\u0165 mrkvu brokolicu a karfiol (ak to d\u00e1te naparova\u0165 spolu, r\u00e1tajte s t\u00fdm, \u017ee brokolica bude sk\u00f4r, resp. \u017ee karfiol bude e\u0161te chrumka\u0165). Ry\u017eovar sa cca po 25-30min\u00fatach vypol, hrniec som vybrala na podlo\u017eku a naparovacie sitko na tanier. Do uvaren\u00e9ho munga s tekvicou som primie\u0161ala za hrs\u0165 \u010derstv\u00e9ho \u0161pen\u00e1tu (mo\u017eete dochutit bylinkami, mne to chutilo takto). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ry\u017eu som robila v ry\u017eovare de\u0148 predt\u00fdm (1,5 odmerky jazm\u00ednovej a 1,5 odmerky \u010dervenej ry\u017ee som zaliala 6 odmerkami vody, posolila a zapla ry\u017eovar).
