Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby boli k\u00fasky men\u0161ie\/stredne ve\u013ek\u00e9, preto\u017ee inak sa nerozvaria a ke\u010f budete na z\u00e1ver vmie\u0161ava\u0165 maslo\/olej, tvrd\u00e9 k\u00fasky V\u00e1m v spojen\u00ed s n\u00edm nespravia tak\u00fa kr\u00e9mov\u00fa konzistenciu, ktor\u00fa si rizoto \u017eiada&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do ry\u017eovaru vlo\u017e\u00edte v\u0161etko okrem masla a lah\u00f4dkov\u00e9ho dro\u017edia, tzn. k\u00fasky tekvice, 2 odmerky ry\u017ee, 1 odmerku \u010dervenej \u0161o\u0161ovice, 2 hrste mrazen\u00e9ho hr\u00e1\u0161ku, vegetu, zalejete 5,5 &#8211; 6 odmerkami vody, zamie\u0161ate a zapnete ry\u017eovar.
