Za t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 som na\u0161tudovala z\u00e1klady, aby n\u00e1m v strave ni\u010d nech\u00fdbalo a \u0161t\u00fadiom pokra\u010dujem doteraz. Po\u010das materskej som si spravila kurz v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9ho poradenstva, zameran\u00e9ho na rastlinn\u00fa stravu, no to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee tu n\u00e1jdete len ultra zdrav\u00e9 recepty, aj ke\u010f sa o to v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou sna\u017e\u00edm. Naopak, prid\u00e1vam sem aj klasick\u00e9 recepty z bielej ry\u017ee, z p\u0161eni\u010dnej \u010di \u0161paldovej m\u00faky, v receptoch n\u00e1jdete aj pou\u017eitie repkov\u00e9ho oleja \u010di spracovan\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, ako je s\u00f3jov\u00e9 m\u00e4so, tempeh \u010di smotana. Pre\u010do tomu tak je?
